Hi, I’m the mom behind
Daffodil Mama
A new mama & devoted wife
I’m right here in the trenches with you—some days full of small wins and quiet joy, others just plain hard. I started this blog to share what I’ve learned and to make gentle, meaningful impacts on others. As a wife to a police officer and a new mom to my daffodil baby, my stories are shaped by the love, resilience, and wisdom those roles have given me.
Lately, I’ve reconnected with God, and I hope my journey resonates with others seeking faith and hope. My goal is to raise children who are smart, kind, and respectful. I won’t claim perfection, but I’m committed to learning, growing, and sharing both my triumphs and my stumbles along the way.

The messy beginning.
Daffodil Mama started during those quiet, blurry hours of 3 AM late-night feeds. I was desperate for advice on google that didn't make me feel like I was doing everything wrong. Every Instagram reel felt so polished, so perfect—and my living room was covered in laundry, bottles, and toys. I didn't need a expert; I needed a friend who was in it too.
I started writing because I wanted to create the voice I couldn't find—a real one. This isn't a place for 'top 10 tips to get your baby to sleep through the night' It's a place for honestly admitting that parenting is hard, beautiful, and completely unpredictable. We're figuring it out together, and that's more than enough.
